Rikshem Year-End Report 2023: Higher net operating income and customer satisfaction
Feb 09, 2024 07:30 - Regulatory information
Rikshem increased its rental income for the year by 9.6%. Net operating income totaled SEK 1,960 (1,760) million, an increase of 11.4%. SEK 1,189 million (1,198) in income from property management is in line with the previous year. Property investments for the year totaled SEK 1,918 (2,640) million.
"In a challenging environment, we stuck to our core business in 2023 – owning, managing and developing our residential and public-use properties. We are increasing net operating income, in part due to lower vacancies, higher revenue, lower electricity prices and successful energy projects. Higher customer satisfaction in both our segments and the strong interest we continue to see in lending at long maturities to financially strong and long-term companies such as Rikshem are two signs that we are continuing to develop the business in a successful way," says Anette Frumerie, CEO of Rikshem.
