Good performance in the first quarter
May 06, 2025 07:30 - Regulatory information
In the first quarter of 2025, Rikshem increased its rental income by 1.0 percent to SEK 917 (908) million, despite divestments. The net operating income totaled SEK 488 (472) million, and the income from property management grew to SEK 288 (259) million. Property investments in the period totaled SEK 244 (263) million.
“We have had a good start to the year. Rent negotiations have been finalized at all our locations, which means that we have avoided retroactive increases for our customers. Our property expenses have dropped slightly in the first quarter, mainly as a result of a mild winter that resulted in lower costs for heating and snow removal than last year. In an uncertain world, we need to focus on delivering every day for our tenants, in our neighborhoods, and for our owners. And we do it well,” says Anette Frumerie, CEO of Rikshem.
