Rikshem’s rental income for the period January–June 2026 amounted to SEK 1,861 (1,833) million. Rental income for the like-for-like portfolio rose 1.9 percent. The net operating income totaled SEK 1,059 (1,023) million, and the income from property management increased to SEK 623 (613) million. Property investments in the period totaled SEK 634 (621) million.

Rikshem’s rental income increased to SEK 924 (917) million for the period January–March 2026. Rental income for the like-for-like portfolio rose 2.1 percent. The net operating income totaled SEK 504 (488) million, and income from property management fell slightly to SEK 285 (288) million. Property investments in the period totaled SEK 269 (244) million.

At the Annual General Meeting of Rikshem AB (publ) held on March 26, 2026, in Stockholm, the following resolutions were adopted:

Rikshem increased rental income for the year to SEK 3,647 (3,633) million. Rental income for the like-for-like portfolio rose 3.2 percent. Net operating income totaled SEK 2,100 (2,093) million, and income from property management in the amount of SEK 1,273 million was in line with the previous year. Property investments for the year totaled SEK 1,390 (1,078) million.

Rikshem increased rental income to SEK 2,732 (2,720) million from January–September, 2025, an increase of 0.5 percent. The net operating income totaled SEK 1,606 (1,591) million, and the income from property management grew to SEK 1,000 (985) million. Property investments in the period totaled SEK 907 (730) million.

The credit rating agency Moody's Ratings affirms Rikshem's credit rating of A3 with a stable outlook.  

In the first half of 2025, Rikshem increased rental income by 0.5 percent to SEK 1,833 (1,823) million. The net operating income totaled SEK 1,023 (1,017) million, and the income from property management grew to SEK 613 (607) million. Property investments in the period totaled SEK 621 (516) million.

In the first quarter of 2025, Rikshem increased its rental income by 1.0 percent to SEK 917 (908) million, despite divestments. The net operating income totaled SEK 488 (472) million, and the income from property management grew to SEK 288 (259) million. Property investments in the period totaled SEK 244 (263) million.

Rikshem publishes the annual update of the base prospectus for its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme, which has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland. In connection with the annual update, the green financing framework has also been updated.

Rikshem’s rental income for the year increased by 4.6% to SEK 3,633 million. The net operating income totaled SEK 2,093 (1,960) million, and the income from property management increased to SEK 1,274 (1,189) million. Property investments for the year totaled SEK 1,078 (1,918) million.
