Rikshem increased its rental income by 9.2 percent. Net operating income was up 9.1 percent to MSEK 420 (385). Rikshem issued two bonds totaling MSEK 550 with a maturity of four years. Property investments in the period totaled MSEK 476 (440).

At the Annual General Meeting of Rikshem AB (publ) held on March 21 2023 in Stockholm, the following decisions were taken, among others:

Rikshem increased rental income by 3.5 percent to MSEK 3,169 (3,062). Net operating income amounted to MSEK 1,760 (1,768), a stable level despite major cost increases, mainly related to electricity and heating.

The Nomination Committee of Rikshem AB (publ) intends to propose that Kerstin Lindberg Göransson be elected as a new Board member and Chair of the Board of Directors of Rikshem at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 March 2023.

Rikshem increased its rental income by 4.0 percent. Net operating income was up 1.6 percent to MSEK 1,381 (1,359). The company maintained a high rate of investment in properties during the period with investments totaling MSEK 1,779 (1, 215).

Rikshem remains stable in a market that has undergone rapid change. The company increased its rental income by 3.2 percent during the period, while continuing to maintain a high rate of investment in properties at MSEK 1,249 (774). Net operating income is unchanged from the same period last year at MSEK 867 (867), despite rising energy prices.

The credit rating agency Moody’s reaffirms Rikshem’s credit rating A3 with stable outlook.

Rental income for the period was MSEK 770. The level is a slight increase compared with the same period the previous year. Increased electricity costs meant that net operating income declined during the period. The property portfolio's value increased to MSEK 59,683.

At the Annual General Meeting on 24 March 2022, Siv Malmgren and Zdravko Markovski were elected as new ordinary members of the Board of Directors of Rikshem AB (publ)s.

Total return almost doubled to 13.9 percent (7.0) and income from property management increased by MSEK 247 or 19.3 percent to MSEK 1,526 (1,279). The change in value for investment properties was MSEK 5,509 (1,825). Rental income up 1.0 percent year on year to MSEK 3,062 (3,032).

Rental income was MSEK 2,276, unchanged from the same period last year because of property sales in 2020 and 2021. Net operating income was up 1.0 percent to MSEK 1,359. Income from property management increased by MSEK 228 or 24.2 percent to MSEK 1,170 (942). The improvement can mainly be attributed to an increase in the value of properties in joint ventures.
