Rikshem’s year-end report 2017

Rikshem today presented its year-end report for 2017. Rental income increased to SEK 2,665 million (2,484). Rental income for existing properties rose by 4.3% (3.7). Profit after tax amounted to SEK 2,430 million (2,433).

“2017 was characterized by a fluctuating property market with continued strong demand for rental apartments. Rikshem delivered a solid total return on assets and favorable profit based on a favorabel market, efficient management operations, successful new construction activities and committed employees,” says Sophia Mattsson-Linnala, CEO of Rikshem.

• Rental income increased to SEK 2,665 million (2,484)
• Rental income for existing properties rose by 4.3 percent (3.7)
• Net operating income increased to SEK 1,555 million (1,420)
• Net operating income for existing properties rose by 6.7% (3.4)
• Income from management operations was SEK 1,150 million (1,208)
• Profit after tax for the year was SEK 2,430 million (2,433)
• Value of investment properties increased to SEK 41,039 million (37,878)
• Change in value of investment properties was SEK 1,647 million (1,962)
• Total return on assets for the year was 8.1% (9.7)
