The credit rating agency Moody’s reaffirms Rikshem’s credit rating A3 with stable outlook.

”Moody's reaffirms Rikshems A3 rating with stable outlook. The rating is based on our stable property portfolio with secure cash flows from residentials and a high proportion of public tenants. Moody's also mensions the company's solid liquidity and strong owners as significant for the rating, says Anette Frumerie, CEO, Rikshem.”
