Rikshem’s Nomination Committee proposes a new Chair of the Board

The Nomination Committee of Rikshem AB (publ) intends to propose that Kerstin Lindberg Göransson be elected as a new Board member and Chair of the Board of Directors of Rikshem at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 March 2023.
The current Chairman of the Board Per Uhlén has declined re-election. Per Uhlén has been involved with Rikshem since March 2017, when he joined as a Board member. He was acting CEO of Rikshem from November 2019 to May 2020. Since April 2021, he has served as Chairman of the Board.
Furthermore, the Nomination Committee intends to propose the re-election of Pernilla Arnrud Melin, Andreas Jensen, Siv Malmgren, Zdravko Markovski, Per-Gunnar Persson and Peter Strand as ordinary Board members. Liselotte Hjorth, who has been a member of the Board since September 2016, has declined re-election.
The Nomination Committee’s proposal means that the number of members of the Board will be reduced from eight to seven.
Kerstin Lindberg Göransson
Kerstin Lindberg Göransson, born in 1956, has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Umeå University. She was previously CEO of Akademiska Hus, Airport Director of Stockholm-Arlanda Airport and CFO and Deputy CEO of the Scandic Group. She is currently chair of the board of Sveaskog, a member of the boards of Alecta Fastigheter and non-profit making association Sophiahemmet, and a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences. She has previously held board positions at companies such as Tredje AP-fonden (Third Swedish National Pension Fund), Jernhusen, Hemnet and Svensk Bilprovning.
